Refund policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, if you encounter any issues, the following categories are eligible for an exchange:

  • Wrong Order

  • Expired Product

  • Damaged Product

Non-Eligible Products: The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless received in a damaged or faulty condition:

  • Edible and perishable items such as food, treats, and supplements

  • Toys

  • Any personalized products

  • Bedding and crates

  • Cat litter, trays, and accessories

  • Cat furniture and scratchers

  • Grooming products

  • Sale items

Returns (If Applicable)

Request Submission: Please send your return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligible Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Unboxing Video: Before placing the return request, make an unboxing video and send it with your Order ID and details to info@heempypaws.com. This will help us understand the situation better.

Reverse Pick-Up: We will initiate a reverse pick-up within 3-5 working days.

Inspection and Notification: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-4 working days.

Cancellations by You

You can request order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Heempy Paws reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason.

Cancellation Conditions:

  • If the order has not been processed/approved, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 6-7 working days.

  • We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed.
